Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to file an exchange.

Please kindly provide some video/images of the damaged part so that our team can better solve your problem.

If your package is missing, please kindly provide the screenshot of communication with the express (or the proof of package missing from post office) for an efficient workflow on our side. We will file a case after receiving your request. And please allow us to take up to 7 days for this issue.
